Our company wants to export a quantity of a particular item in order to perform a process in a foreign country and derived products will be imported again. Should we need any permission from the customs administration?

You can apply to obtain an authorization for outward processing
This authorization allows Albanian goods, temporarily exported from the customs territory of the Republic of Albania, in order to submit processing operations and products arising as a result of these operations to free circulation with total or partial relief of import duties.
